Our House is a very, very fine house.

| Facing the house, the left-hand window is the living room and the right hand-window is the dining room. | In the foreground is Sarah's garden area. |
Living Room

| The wide-angle lens makes this room seem a little bigger than it is, but still we hope this will be a cool place to hang out and play games. | Although we like the hardwood floors, we chose to carpet them in deference to Samson the Wonder Puppy. Thanks for your feedback. |
Dining Room
![]() I love the openness into and out of the dining area. Also, there's our real estate agent, Sarah's Aunt Mary Beth Beaulieu. |

Kitchen

| The pantry is one of our favorite parts of the kitchen. Sarah is going to install instant boiling water in the sink so that she can have hot tea on demand. | Amazing how there's a Diet Coke can in the foreground here. I have big plans for an industrial strength waffle maker on one of these counters. |
Downstairs Bedrooms

| This room doesn't have a closet, so it's not legally a bedroom. But we're going to make it the "baseball room" and decorate it will all of our baseball stuff. We'll use it for storing books and games, and it'll likely be the place well throw stuff into and shut the door quickly when we have unexpected visitors. | Here's the master bedroom and the closet space that we're fighting over. We're can't decide whether to put our bird feeder outside this window or the one in the kitchen. |
Upstairs bedrooms
![]() This is the guest bedroom on the 2nd floor as photographed from almost inside the closet. Outside the door and to the left is a small guest bathroom. To the right, you'll see the scrapbooking room, where Sarah will have frequent scrapbooking parties. She's put her scrapbooking table right underneath the skylight (which used to be a chimney), positioned exactly so that her feet will be warmed by the heat register you can barely see on the floor. |

My Basement

| Many people feel that the highlight of the house is this basement, where, according to Sarah, all my stuff goes. So this is where you can look for my 1980s furniture, cabinets of CDs, baseball cards and Farah Fawcett posters. This photo shows the wall where my TV and my home theater will go. | This shot shows the opposite wall where my desk will go. Little Claude may end up coming and going through some of these windows. |

| Here's the other side of the basement. Lots of shelf space that Sarah wants to put Contact paper on. | Here's a good view of my work bench area. |
Backyard

| Here's the backyard. Again, this looks bigger than it is because of the wide-angle lens. I haven't made any decisions yet on where my grill will go. | Here's the back of the house. We're going to put up bright lights to allow us to play with Samson outside at night. |
